Terms and Conditions
- We only have limited slots available per day. For balloon orders, please message us first at Instagram @confettipartiesshop OR via email email@example.com to confirm availability of your preferred date and time.
-After payment kindly wait for your order confirmation via EMAIL. Only PAID orders are confirmed and with secured slots. Payment confirmation will be sent within 24hrs after proof of payment was received.
- All orders will be via website, Instagram message or email. NO CALLS. We would like all our correspondence be in writing so we can document and capture details correctly.
Refund/ Changes/ Cancellations
- All our balloons are made to order, we cannot offer refund once order is paid. We also do not allow order cancellation once paid.
- While we use the highest quality balloons, once the balloons leave our door, they are out of our control. Balloons are fragile and can pop.
We are not responsible for any pops that occur due to weather and/or negligence AFTER the balloons are handed to recipient.
- if you opted "DELIVERY", then a balloon pops BEFORE being handed to recipient, we can either replace or refund the cost of balloon that popped at your discretion.
- Please follow our pickup instructions. It is VERY IMPORTANT for your pickup vehicle to have AIRCONDITIONER and has a correct vehicle SIZE.
We are not responsible for damaged or popped balloons due to the stated reason.
- Once payment and order is confirmed, we do not allow any major change as we already reserved and/or started the sourcing for your balloon arrangements. However, we may consider if change is only minimal, please message us at Instagram @confettipartiesshop OR via email firstname.lastname@example.org for approval.
-Strictly no changing of delivery date and time 24 to 48hrs before delivery. We already started preparing for your order by this time.
Contact us right away if you need to make any changes to recipient's address. If we already shipped your order, we can no longer change it but you can place a new order with the correct address. If the original order with the wrong address was returned to us, we will issue a refund for your original order, excluding shipping fees.
If there is an issue with your delivery, including lost, stolen or delayed packages, please contact J&T express directly. They can assist you best with delivery issues. Once we shipped out your package, it is out of our hands! If you need assistance or more information to file a claim, feel free to send us an email at email@example.com.
REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE POLICY
Sorry, we currently do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, we want you to be happy with your order. If your order is missing an item or you were sent an incorrect or damaged item, please message us within 5 days of delivery. We require a photo and return of the merchandise before processing a return or exchange. Replacements will be sent out as soon as we can. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for help with your order.
