Do you have Physical Store?

We don't have physical store but we are open for pickups, by appointment only. We are located at Mercedes, Pasig, Metro Manila.

Pick up time is within our office hours only (8AM to 6PM).

Order Lead Time

​

What is the balloon order lead time?

All our balloons are made to order.  We usually require at least a number of "DAYS" indicated below to confirm and paid order before delivery date.

But EARLIER the better as we only have limited slots available per day and some balloons needs to be sourced. For balloon orders, please message us first at Instagram @confettipartiesshop OR via email confettipartiesmnl@gmail.com to confirm availability of your preferred date and time.

Lead time is at least 18 days or earlier since some materials are needed to be sourced.

 

Do you accept RUSH orders?
Yes, we accept RUSH orders (next day and same day) delivery/pickup for HELIUM-INFLATED BALLOONS ONLY. Please message us at our Instagram @confettipartiesshop OR via email confettipartiesmnl@gmail.com to confirm if there is available slot on the day.

Payment cutoff for next day deliveries is strictly on or before 4PM.  Same day delivery cutoff is strictly on or before 11AM.

Rush fee of 350 pesos applies.

Delivery, Pickup and Shipping
What time will my balloon order be delivered?

We deliver at your preferred delivery TIME (within our office hrs 8AM to 6PM) and preferred DATE (if slot is available, so book in advance). We consider the travel time indicated per google maps, hence, we send out the products to arrive at your preferred time accordingly. However,  actual delivery time will depend on road condition and weather. Please give allowance for your event.

Please also allow a "receiving window". Your order may arrived an hour or two earlier your preferred delivery time. Please make sure there is someone who will receive the balloons. Driver can only wait for 15 mins maximum once arrived. We reserved our right to charge additional fee for the WAITING TIME and PARKING FEE, if any.

We deliver via our partner drivers. We also reserve our rights to use lalamove/ transportify delivery if our partner driver is not available.

 

For condominium/hotels / establishments, delivery is only at the lobby or designated drop-off area. Please also make sure that balloons are allowed at the establishments (especially for hotels/ condominiums). Please be familiar on their rules.  We will NOT be responsible for non-acceptance due to this reason.

Please make sure that all delivery details (especially the address) indicated are correct. We are not liable for NON-delivery or DELAY deliveries due to this reason.

Do you accept pickup?

Yes, we are open for pickups , by appointment only.  Pickup time should NOT be earlier than agreed pickup time to avoid waiting.  We line-up balloon preparation depending on the pickup time and type of balloon arrangement for balloon's prime condition.

Please follow our pickup instructions. For balloons, it is VERY IMPORTANT for your pickup vehicle to be AIRCONDITIONED and has correct vehicle SIZE. Pickup instructions and details will be sent as soon as order is PAID.

What is the lead time for shipping? (For Party Supplies ONLY)

We usually ship out within 3 business days, and delivery time is an additional 2-7 business days for Metro Manila area, and 5-14 business days for Provincial areas, estimated. We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks before your event to allow for processing and shipping time. All delivery dates are not guaranteed and should only be used as estimates. Standard shipping will be sent with J&T express.

We also allow Lalamove/ Grab pickups for rush orders. But courier is care of customer. Pick up details will be sent once order is PAID and READY for pickup.

Payment

Mode of Payment?
We accept GCash, BDO, BPI and Paypal with 5% SC.  Payment should be made at least 24 hrs to 48 hrs after placing order. 

 

For Credit Card, we will send our Paypal payment link upon request - email  at confettipartiesmnl@gmail.com or message us on Instagram @confettipartiesshop your request AND  "order number". 

 

For 7-11 Gcash payment, an additional 2% should be paid.

NON-PAYMENT after 24 hrs to 48 hrs after placing order will NOT guarantee slot.

Notify us on email or Instagram before due date if more time is needed to settle.

Do you accept COD (cash on delivery)?

We require full payment before preparation and delivery.  NO COD. 

​

Do you allow changes on orders details after payment?

After payment and once order is confirmed, we do not allow major changes as we already reserved and/or started the sourcing for your balloon arrangements.

​

Strictly NO changing of delivery date and time 24 to 48hrs before delivery. We already started preparing for your order this time.

Customization

​

Can you put logo/ images and custom font on balloons?

Yes, except for the 12 inches latex balloons.  Just send us your preferred logo/image in high resolution we will  layout  on your balloon. 

​

For custom font, send us the font name from Dafont.com website. 

​

Can you put gifts/items inside surprise balloon box?

Yes,  just let us know what gift/item you will put inside so we can assess if it 's safe for the balloon and if it can fit inside the box. You can also send it to us and we can arrange it for you with NO additional charges.

Balloons FAQs

What do you use to make balloons float?

We only use helium to make our balloons float.  100% safe, non-toxic and non-flammable.

How long do the Helium-inflated balloons float?

Please note that these are conservative estimates and we do not take responsibility for helium actual float time.  Balloons are prone to oxidation, over time the helium escapes, the balloons will become smaller and start to lose their ability to float and stickers will get out of shape/deform too. 

 

We strongly suggest delivery of balloons with helium as close to your event as possible or same day.

How long do Air-inflated balloons last?

For air-inflated balloons, (i.e garland, wreath,  sculpture , mosaic , and the like) , it can last 2 to 3 days or more! However, since balloons are prone to oxidation, clear balloons become cloudy quickly when exposed to heat and sunshine, while colored balloons become matte in appearance.

What balloons do you use?

We use the highest quality balloons available worldwide. We source quality balloons locally and internationally.

We also treat our balloons to extend float time.

Do you sell deflated balloons?

Currently, NO.

​

Can you inflate balloons not bought on your shop with Helium?

NO, we only inflate our balloons.
