NOTE:
For the balloon garland , it’s ready to hang and has a nylon string attached on both ends. But we will still provide heavy duty tapes and extra nylon string.
For installation, you can tie garland on something or use command/adhesive hooks (available at hardware; not provided) then secure with heavy duty tapes. Once installed move the accent balloon and small balloons in front.
Printed instructions is also provided. We only do ready made balloon deliveries. Installation is done by client.
